The conference discussed the origin of jurisprudence rules and scripts written in these jurisprudence rules and their importance in controlling Fiqh and Fatwa, as shown by the works of Omani scholars in the 14th century, particularly Abu Saeed Al Kadmi and Ibn Baraka Al Bahlawi, which contained the jurisprudence rules and standards upon which the Ibadi Jurisprudence is based.
