This conference explained the components of the jurisprudence thinking for the Islamic schools and their attitude from the jurisprudence of suppositions and the basis upon which the jurisprudence of the future is built. It explained the role of jurisprudence professionals and the mechanisms of their works and gave examples of the jurisprudence of foresight from Omani scholars and compared them with other scholars belonging to other Islamic schools. A large part of the conference was for discussing the new jurisprudence issues in the world and assessing the readiness of jurisprudence and its role in facing the Nawazil (new occurrences, unprecedented cases, incidents or events that arise) it expects to come.
