Tallinn Technical University in the capital of Estonia’s hosted the 22nd exhibition “Religious Tolerance in Oman” that lasted for three weeks. Composed of twenty workshops, this cultural event has enabled Estonian students to acquaint the aspects of religious life and everyday life in the Sultanate of Oman as well as the country’s efforts in spreading the culture of tolerance. The event was also an opportunity to know the role assumed by the Omani women and her place in society under the reign of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
In front of an impressive crowd of religious and scientists representatives, the Mufti of the Republic of Estonia stressed the significance of the organization of this exhibition contributing to strengthening the fraternal relations between the Omani and Estonian people and creating an opportunity to understand the values of tolerance preached by Islam.Tallinn
